Good afternoon, There are a few seats available for tomorrow's Code of Ethics class from 9-12pm. If you haven't had Code of Ethics in the last 4 years you need to attend before 12/31/16 to keep in Good Standing with NAR and the St Augustine Board of Realtors. this is not a DBPR license requirement it is a NAR mandate. This course is approved for 3 hours of continuing education, and complies with the National Association of REALTORSR Professional Standards Policy Statement No.48 which is mandatory for all REALTORSR every four years.
