Good Afternoon, I just received this notice from Florida Realtors(r) that the attached Emergency Order allows for a real estate renewal extension to June 1, 2020. Anyone originally due to renew at the end of March 2020, now has until June 1, 2020 to renew. As of this morning, there were 17,797 licensees that had not renewed, so the extension will assist a lot of the real estate licensees.
