Hello Everyone, Tomorrow is the day for the Lockbox Exchange to be conducted at the Board office. The Designated Broker or his/her designated representative are the only ones authorized to pick up the new lockboxes. If you, the designated broker, are going to have a designated representative pick up the new lockboxes, they will need a written statement from you that they are authorized as your representative.
