Good Afternoon, Some changes to Paragon: 1. In the "Type" list under "Residential" listings we have combined "Residential" and "Singles Family Homes" into one selection named "Single Family Home". This change will appear in Residential Listing Input, Residential Listing Maintenance and Residential Listing Search within Paragon. 2. Subdivisions is back to a required field. 3. Personal Property Features is now a required field and a "None" option was added if no personal property is being conveyed. The Status of negotiations with Zillow: We thank you for your patience and understanding while we attempt to reach an agreement with Zillow that will protect your data and be fair and reasonable for you and the MLS . We have exchanged proposals with Zillow and the lawyers for both sides continue to review the exchanged proposals. It is our intention to have an agreement in place as quickly as possible.
