Good Afternoon Everyone, A point of clarification. If you upgrade to the eKey you will get a credit for the $160 annual key fee that you just paid. However if you upgrade to the eKey, you will have to buy a Fob 3 ($54.95) to open NEFAR lockboxes until they upgrade to the new lockboxes. According to my information, NEFAR is doing a lockbox exchange on August 4th to August 8th. You would also have to have the Fob 3 to open our old lockboxes until they are all removed. The drop dead date to remove our old lockboxes is July 31, 2014. If you are considering upgrading to the eKey, you might want to wait and upgrade after NEFAR completes their exchange. Then you would not need the Fob 3. If you keep the Active Key, it will still work and you do not need to stop at our office. I hope this clears up any questions on upgrading to the eKey.
