THE ST. AUGUSTINE & ST. JOHNS COUNTY BOARD OF REALTORS
IS SEEKING APPLICANTS TO BE CONSIDERED BY THE NOMINATING COMMITTEE

The Nominating Committee for the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Board of REALTORS(r) is seeking applicants to be considered for the following Board volunteer positions:

President-Elect
Secretary
Treasurer
1 Director

The President-Elect candidate must be a REALTOR(r) member in good standing in the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Board of REALTORS(r) for a minimum of two (2) years.  The candidate must have the commitment to move up to the office of President with the understanding that this is a three (3) year commitment (1-President-Elect, 1-President, and 1-Ex-officio).  The candidate is serving or has served at least one (1) year on the Board of Directors.  And the candidate has attended a minimum of two (2) FR conventions or business meetings during the past year and District 1 Mini-Conventions.

The Secretary candidate must be a REALTOR(r) in good standing of the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Board of REALTORS(r), for a minimum of one (1) year.  The candidate has chaired or actively participated on a Standing Committee for a minimum of one year.

The Treasurer candidate must have demonstrated an aptitude for sound financial knowledge and responsibility and must have actively participated as a member of the Finance Committee for a minimum of one (1) year. The candidate must be a REALTOR(r) in good standing of the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Board of REALTORS(r) for a minimum of one (1) year and has chaired or actively participated on a Standing Committee for a minimum of one (1) year.

The Director candidate must be a REALTOR(r) in good standing of the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Board of REALTORS(r), for a minimum of one (1) year.  The candidate must have chaired or actively participated on a Standing Committee for a minimum of one (1) year.
