Good Morning, Please be advised that the St Johns County Property Appraiser, Eddie Creamer, will conduct a presentation on Tuesday, February 22nd at 9:00 am at the Board office that will demonstrate how to use the Property Appraiser's website and an overview of the Property Appraiser responsibilities. He will also cover the valuation process and Homestead exemptions and other exemptions. In conclusion he will discuss current and on-going projects.
