Governor DeSantis signed a bill into law last week and it is called Florida Hometown Heroes Housing Program.
The Florida Hometown Heroes Housing program makes homeownership affordable for eligible frontline community workers by providing down payment and closing cost assistance to income-qualified homebuyers so they can purchase a primary residence in the community in which they work and serve.
This training is Realtor specific that will train you to help the individuals covered by this program.
This training is available today through next Wednesday at 10 am and 2 pm each day!

Governor DeSantis signed a bill into law last week and it is called Florida Hometown Heroes Housing Program.
Governor DeSantis signed the budge this week and it solidifies the $100 million that was allocated for the new Hometown Heroes Housing Program. This means that, come July 1st, down payment and closing cost assistance will be available for eligible hometown heroes such as nurses, teachers, firefighters, law enforcement officers and other critical front-line workers.
