Good Afternoon, In light of the question regarding the Nominating Committee's moving forward Steve Ladrido for the President-Elect position we have consulted with Florida RealtorsR General Counsel. General Counsel stated that if the candidate reached the two year requirement before December 31, 2015, moving his nomination forward would be in compliance with our Bylaws. However, in this case, the two year requirement would not be met until April 2016, and an exception would not be advisable. Therefore, the nominating committee has withdrawn Steve Ladrido's nomination for the President-Elect position for the Association Board. The Nominating Committee will meet to move forward another candidate for the President-Elect position. Thank you, Victor Victor J.
