SUPRA has reported that the eKEY sync issues are now working properly. Their team is analyzing the cause of today's issues and will implement steps to avoid this from occurring again.
They also reported that you may experience a delay in receiving the showing notifications and end of showing notifications while the system catches up.
SUPRA apologizes for today's issues which also resulted in backups on their support line and KIM voice.

We have been informed that SUPRA is currently experiencing key sync issues on POD 1 which is impacting eKeys only. They are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and when they notify us of any changes or update, we will inform you immediately.
Please do not delete and reinstall your eKEY application until the issue is resolved.
