Good Morning,

As you probably already know we have instituted an online billing of the
Monthly MLS dues.  See the message below that was sent to agents and DR's on
December 19th.

That notice should have been sent to the DR's in advance and it was not.
For that I apologize and send this late notice.

Please note that the individual agents will be receiving their individual
MLS Monthly bills that can be paid on line or by check.  However, this does
not relieve the Brokers from the final responsibility for the MLS dues owed
and not paid by the agents.  Brokers have the ability to go online and see
if the agents in their office have paid their monthly dues.

Agents do not have the ability to pay their monthly MLS dues in advance, but
they can leave a credit card online and the monthly dues will automatically
be paid as they become due.  As the DR, you may want to encourage the agents
to do this and make life a little easier for them and you.

We have added American Express and Mastercard in addition to Visa as method
of payment.

Please see below what automatic action will take place if the agent does not
pay by the 5th of each month and by the 10th of each month.

Previous notice to all agents and DR's:

We are instituting online billing of the Monthly MLS dues.  The first
billing will be for the month of January 2017 and it will go out no later
than Tuesday, December 27th.

Please note the following changes:

  • The bill will be going to the individual agents

  • The monthly bill may be paid online with Visa, Mastercard or

American Express

  • Agents or offices can still pay by check

  • Agents will not be able to pay any MLS monthly dues in advance

  • However, agents may leave a credit card online and the monthly dues

will automatically be paid as they become due

  • If the dues are not paid by the agents by the 5th of the month,

there will be an added $25 late fee per agent

  • If the dues are not paid by the 10th of the month the system will

automatically disconnect the agents access to the MLS

  • If the agent wants to access the MLS after being automatically

disconnected, they will have to pay the MLS application fee to be reinstated
as a new member of the MLS

  • The Brokers can go online and see if the agents in their office have

paid their monthly dues

Please note that the January MLS dues billing went out yesterday, December
27th, to all agents with details on how to go online and pay their January
dues and how to leave a credit card on file to have their monthly MLS fees
automatically paid each month.

Thank you,

Victor
