Good Morning,

It has been brought to my attention from, Vivian Browning, that the St.

Johns County Board of County Commissioners will have a very important

discussion on vacation rentals in residential areas within St. Johns County

on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at 9:00 am.  This issue will item #1.
The meeting will be at the County Auditorium at 500 San Sebastian View.
It is under Item 14 of the Commission meeting agenda.  If you own or manage
rental properties in St. Johns County, you should attend this meeting!
They are going to discuss possible changes to what you can do or not do
with vacation rentals such as lengths of rental periods, etc.
This is critical if you own, buy, sell or manage vacation rentals
within St. Johns County!

Remember, according to Vivian, it is always better to be involved in the

shaping of the regulations than trying to change them after they are

instituted.

Thank you,

Victor
