Good Afternoon, It's still out there!!! One of our members put in a listing yesterday to sell her own home and later that same day, it appeared on Craig's List as a rental for a ridiculous low monthly price. By the end of the day she had several people showing up to rent it. She reported it to Craig's List and it was taken down. She also reported it to the authorities. Please be aware that this scam and the scam of your Broker (DR) and even the President of Florida Realtors(r) emailing you asking you to buy him or her gift cards. Thank you, Victor Victor J.
