FTP is a limited, outdated process for delivery of MLS data. RETS offers real-time updates and is the recommended and preferred industry technology standard to extract data from the Paragon system for third party vendor use. In addition, by completing the transition to RETS, you will be able to readily comply with the new mandates from NAR regarding Sold data, and the frequency of data updates. As a reminder, if you have not already done so, now is the time to transfer FTP accounts to RETS. IMPORTANT! Please note that incoming FTP files for Virtual Tours and Membership imports will not be impacted by this change.
