"Attached please find a copy of DBPR's Emergency Order extending the deadline to renew a real estate license for an additional 30 days. Many of our members are reeling in the aftermath of Irma so Florida Realtors has been working with FREC and DBPR in the hopes of an extension." "Florida Realtors is extremely appreciative to DBPR for understanding the impact Hurricane Irma has had on our members. We hope this gives your members an ability to take some extra time before filing their renewal with the state. Please make sure everyone understands this is only an extension, it is NOT a waiver."
