MLS BOARD SEEKING APPLICANTS TO BE CONSIDERED BY THE NOMINATING COMMITTEE FOR 2021 The Nominating Committee for the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Multiple Listing Service is seeking applicants to be considered for the following Board volunteer positions: Secretary One (1) Year Term Treasurer One (1) Year Term 1 Director Two (2) Year Term All Officers and Directors must be elected from among the Participants of the Multiple Listing Service, except that not more than four (4) Directors may be elected from among REALTORS(r) other than Participants. If elected from among REALTORS(r) other than Participants, they serve with written consent of the Participants as representatives of the Participants with whom they are affiliated. The Secretary candidate must be a REALTOR(r) in good standing of the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Board of REALTORS(r), for a minimum of one (1) year. The candidate must have Chaired or actively participated on a Standing Committee for a minimum of one year. The Treasurer candidate must have demonstrated an aptitude for sound financial knowledge and responsibility and must have actively participated as a member of the Finance Committee for a minimum of one (1) year. The candidate must be a REALTOR(r) in good standing of the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Board of REALTORS(r) for a minimum of one (1) year and must have chaired or actively participated on a Standing Committee for a minimum of one (1) year. The Director candidate must be a REALTOR(r) in good standing of the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Board of REALTORS(r), for a minimum of one (1) year. The candidate must have chaired or actively participated on a Standing Committee for a minimum of one (1) year.
