Good Morning,

Please see below the message I received this morning from Florida Realtors(r) regarding the extension of license renewals for 2020.  DBPR states that anyone that was due to renew their license this year (either in March or September) has until December 31, 2020 to renew!!

This does not mean that you should wait until November or December to take your required hours to renew!!! Avoid the crush that we all know will happen in November and especially December.  Take your required hours in a reasonable time line.
