Good Evening, A potential buyer in the Shores was approached and then continued to be called and texted by a woman who claimed to be the owner of the property offering to rent the property by sending her the money via a MoneyGram. The scammer claims to be “Kirsten Wendy” aka “Wendy Roby”. Another person to be aware of is Christine Brady who was shown a house as a purchase. She demanded to be allowed to spend the night in the home. That demand was denied. She later went back and caused a disturbance and was arrested by the police.
