Good Morning, We are instituting online billing of the Monthly MLS dues. The first billing will be for the month of January 2017 and it will go out no later than Tuesday, December 27th. Please note the following changes: * The bill will be going to the individual agents * The monthly bill may be paid online with Visa, Mastercard or American Express * Agents or offices can still pay by check * Agents will not be able to pay any MLS monthly dues in advance * However, agents may leave a credit card online and the monthly dues will automatically be paid as they become due * If the dues are not paid by the agents by the 5th of the month, there will be an added $25 late fee per agent * If the dues are not paid by the 10th of the month the system will automatically disconnect the agents access to the MLS * If the agent wants to access the MLS after being automatically disconnected, they will have to pay the MLS application fee to be reinstated as a new member of the MLS * The Brokers can go online and see if the agents in their office have paid their monthly dues Thank you, Victor Victor J.
