JOHNS COUNTY BOARD OF REALTORS(r) NOTICE OF CANDIDATES FOR 2020 The Nominating Committee's report for the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Board of REALTORS(r) has been approved by the Board of Directors. The nominees are as follows: Officers President-Elect Steve Ladrido Coldwell Banker Premier Properties Secretary Diane Vespucci RE/MAX 100 Realty Treasurer Lenny Byrd Century 21 - St Augustine Properties Directors Five (5) positions available Director Tony Bosco Watson Realty Corp, Inc. Director Loise Trivette Florida Homes Realty & Mortgage Director Kathy Delaney Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Director Rob West Coldwell Banker Premier Properties Director Gene Johnson First Coast Realty If you would like to run for one of these positions, you must meet the qualifications, you must submit your name by petition and it must be received by me no later than 4:00pm on October 18, 2019. The petition must be signed by 15% of the REALTOR(R) members eligible to vote. The minimum qualifications for President-Elect are: 1. REALTOR(r) in good standing of the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Board of REALTORS(r) for a minimum of two (2) years. 2. Served at least one (1) year on the Board of Directors 3. Has chaired or actively participated on a Standing Committee for a minimum of one (1) year. 4. A commitment to move up to the Office of President with the understanding that this is a three (3) year commitment (1as President-Elect, 1 as President and 1 as Immediate Past President). The minimum qualifications for Treasurer are: 1. REALTOR(r) in good standing of the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Board of REALTORS(r) for a minimum of one (1)year. 2. Have chaired or actively participated on a Standing Committee for a minimum of one (1) year. 3. Has demonstrated an aptitude for sound financial knowledge and responsibility. 4. Must have served on the Finance Committee for a minimum of one (1)year. The minimum qualifications for Secretary are: 1. REALTOR(r) member in good standing of the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Board of REALTORS(r) for a minimum of one (1) year. 2. Has chaired or actively participated on a Standing Committee for a minimum of one (1) year. The minimum qualifications for Director are: 1. REALTOR(r) member in good standing of the St. Augustine &St. Johns County Board of REALTORS(r) for a minimum of one (1) year. 2. Has chaired or actively participated on a Standing Committee for a minimum of one (1) year. The Final ballot will be emailed to all Participants eligible to vote on October 25, 2019. The completed ballots must be received at the Board office no later than 4:00 pm on November 1, 2019. Please note that the President for 2020 will be Roberta Odom, Re/Max 100 Realty.
