Hello Everyone, We have scheduled a lockbox exchange for Thursday, July 17th at the Board office. All assigned lockboxes per the last lockbox audit must be turned in or you will be charged $100 for each missing lockbox. Participating offices will be issued the new low energy Bluetooth iBox BT LE for each active listing in their inventory. Since the Designated REALTORR (DR) for each office is responsible for all lock boxes (LB's) assigned to their office they or their assigned representative are the only persons allowed to participate in the LB exchange. The following is the 3 step process for this exchange: 1. The DR or his/her assigned representative must bring to the Board any LB's that are not being used on or before July17th. 2. The DR or his/her assigned representative should come to the Board, based on the attached schedule, to pick up the prepackaged new low energy Bluetooth iBox BT LE LB's. 3. After the pick- up of the new LB's, the DR or his/her assigned representative must bring the balance of their assigned old LB's to the Board office no later than July 31st. This gives the DR two weeks to have their agents replace the old LB's on current active listings. Remember, by July 31st all old LB's must be returned to avoid the $100 charge for each missing LB.
