MLS BOARD SEEKING APPLICANTS TO BE CONSIDERED BY THE NOMINATING COMMITTEE The Nominating Committee for the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Multiple Listing Service is seeking applicants to be considered for the following Board volunteer positions: President-Elect Two (2) Year Term Secretary One (1) Year Term Treasurer One (1) Year Term 3 Directors Two (2) Year Term All Officers and Directors must be elected from among the Participants of the Multiple Listing Service, except that not more than four (4) Directors may be elected from among REALTORSR other than Participants. If elected from among REALTORSR other than Participants, they serve with written consent of the Participants as representatives of the Participants with whom they are affiliated. The President-Elect candidate must be a REALTORR member in good standing in the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Board of REALTORSR for a minimum of two (2) years. The candidate must have the commitment to move up to the office of President with the understanding that this is a six (6) year commitment (2-President-Elect, 2-President, and 2-Immediate Past President). The candidate served at least one (1) year on the MLS Board of Directors. And the candidate has attended a minimum of two (2) FR conventions or business meetings during the past year. The Secretary candidate must be a REALTORR in good standing of the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Board of REALTORSR, for a minimum of one (1) year. The candidate must have Chaired or actively participated on a Standing Committee for a minimum of one year. The Treasurer candidate must have demonstrated an aptitude for sound financial knowledge and responsibility and must have actively participated as a member of the Finance Committee for a minimum of one (1) year. The candidate must be a REALTORR in good standing of the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Board of REALTORSR for a minimum of one (1) year and must have chaired or actively participated on a Standing Committee for a minimum of one (1) year. The Director candidate must be a REALTORR in good standing of the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Board of REALTORSR, for a minimum of one (1) year. The candidate must have chaired or actively participated on a Standing Committee for a minimum of one (1) year.
