Good Morning, This is a reminder that we have signed an agreement with Zillow that will give you, the Participant (Designated Broker), the ability to "Opt-In" to have your active and pending office listing data shared with Zillow. If you want to "Opt-In", you must notify me in writing, email will suffice, and we will have your data sent to Zillow. This request must be from you, the Participant (Designated Broker) and not from an agent in your office. Because of the complexity, enormity and contractual requirements with Zillow, if you want to "Opt-In", all of your office listing data (active and pending) must be included in the "Opt-In". If, at a later date, you decide that you do not want your office listing data to go to Zillow you must notify us in writing and we will notify Zillow. If you do not want to "Opt-In" with Zillow, you do not need to do anything. Your office data will not be sent to Zillow.
