Good Afternoon,

We have arranged to have a Paragon instructor come to our office for a 2 ½
day training session.  This training takes the place of the training we had
scheduled for February 25th and 26th.  The new dates and times are as
follows:

Wednesday, March 11th

  • 9a – 10:30a  Paragon Essentials. This would be a class for new users
    of Paragon.

  • Searches, Map Search, Customizing search fields, Creating search
    templates, Best Practices

  • Getting Listing Results into reports, Spreadsheets, Agent Reports,
    Specialty reports like Mapping and driving directions, Customizing fields in
    Displays

  • Emailing and Printing of listings

  • 11a-12:30p  Contact Manager

  • Enter a new contact

  • Enter a Saved Search

  • Set up Auto-Notifications

  • Email

  • Client Connect (plus CC new tools if MLS has them turned on)

  • 12:30p-1:30p  Lunch Break

  • 1:30p – 3:00p  Displays

  • How to create a display

  • How to copy a display

  • How to rework a display

  • Headers and footers, etc.

  • 3:30p – 5:00p  CMA presentation packet

  • Quick CMA report

  • Using the CMA Wizard to create a presentation

  • CMA Preferences Wizard

Thursday, March 12th

  • 9a – 10:30a  CMA presentation packet

  • Quick CMA report

  • Using the CMA Wizard to create a presentation

  • CMA Preferences Wizard

  • 10:30-12:00a  Displays

  • Emailing, Pictures

  • Preferences

  • 11:00a-12:00p What’s new in Paragon

  • Multi-Tasking

  • Multi-Searches

  • Last Search

  • Multiple E Card Signatures

  • Spreadsheet tools (if it is turned on)

  • Listing Slideshow

  • Listing Input Auto-save

  • Edit Listing Pics in Paragon Maintenance

  • Crop and Rotate

As you can see, the first two days gives you the opportunity to attend all
four classes even if you have a conflict on either day.  The third day (1/2
day) classes are only offered on that day.  If you have attended any of
these sessions previously and you feel you need further training, you should
make every effort to attend these classes being taught by the Paragon
instructor.

If you have not attended any training sessions, you should make every to
attend at this time!
