Good Evening, I have forwarded below the email I received from ShowingTime regarding reports of SMS messagethat have been sent successfully but not received by the agent or homeowners on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. Please see the email below for further details: Hello Victor, ShowingTime has had a large number of reports of SMS messages that have been successfully sent but not received by the agent or homeowner on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning. After investigating several reports with the carriers, it appears that multiple phone carriers have begun arbitrarily SPAM filtering text messages without notifying the recipients or giving them any method of whitelisting or seeing the SMSs that have been sent to SPAM. The phone carriers are making a blanket decision for all recipients on their service without input as to whether the message is actually SPAM or not. ShowingTime has been working with the carriers to get all of our numbers whitelisted again, but it is an ongoing process. The percentage of SMSs that have been discarded by the phone companies has dropped from 25% on Friday afternoon to about 2% currently and we are working to get the last carriers cleared.
