JOHNS COUNTY MLS NOTICE OF CANDIDATES FOR 2021 The Nominating Committee's report for the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Board Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and the nominees are as follows: Treasurer One (1) position available Beth Ruggeri Watson Realty Corp, Inc. Secretary One (1) position available Janet Masters Matanzas Properties Director One (1) position available Michael DeLorenzo Olde Carriage Realty Teresa Mercurio RE/MAX Realty Jeannette Moore Green Florida Properties If you would like to run for one of these positions, you must meet the qualifications, you must submit your name by petition and it must be received by me no later than 4:00 pm on November 30, 2020. The petition must be signed by 15% of the Participants of the Service. The minimum qualifications for Treasurer are: 1. A REALTOR(r) in good standing of the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Board of REALTORS(r) for a minimum of one (1) year. 2. Has demonstrated an aptitude for sound financial knowledge and responsibility. 3. Must have served on the Finance Committee for a minimum of one (1) year. 4. Is the MLS Participant of a real estate office or has written permission of Participant. The minimum qualifications for Secretary are; 1. REALTOR(r) member of the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Board of REALTORS(r), in good standing, for a minimum of one (1) year. 2. Is the MLS Participant of a real estate office or has written permission of Participant. The minimum qualifications for a Director are: 1. Shall have been a REALTOR(r) member of the St. Augustine & St. Johns County Board of REALTORS(r) for a minimum of one (1) year. 2. Shall be the Broker/Owner/Manager, Participant member of his/her real estate office or have written permission of the Participant to act on his behalf. All Officers and Directors must be elected from among the Participants of the MLS. There is a limited exception that no more than four (4) may be elected from among REALTORS(r) with the written consent of the Participants with whom they are affiliated. The Final ballot will be emailed to all Participants eligible to vote on December 1, 2020. The completed ballots must be received at the Board office no later than 4:00 pm on December 4, 2020. Please note that the President, President-Elect and Immediate Past President for 2021 will be Charles Shanks, Ruggeri & Shanks, LLC, Dianne Pittman, Watson Realty Corp, and Rob West, Coldwell Banker Premier Properties.
