Good Morning, We have received two reports of two men going to a listed home asking the homeowner to allow them to see the home. They will claim they could not reach the listing agent or that the property is not in the MLS. In both cases these statements were not true! They did not try to reach the agent and the property is in the MLS. We have learned that one of the men is a RealtorR from North Carolina and his name is Matt Dennehy and they are in a newer Mercedes (white in color). This provides an opportunity to remind your sellers that, for their personal safety, they should not allow anyone inside their home without the listing agent's approval/notice. They can simply ask the person to wait outside while they contact their listing agent. No possible sale is worth risking personal safety or loss of personal property. Thank you, Victor Victor J.
