Clarification of the change in policy regarding Broker Open House Flyers

Hello Everyone,

In my attempt to distinguish a "Broker Open House" from a regular open house
for the public, I inserted Item #5. It was not meant to be a requirement
that you provide food, entertainment or door prizes.  Just so there is no
misunderstanding,  I am sending out the revised basic requirements to
qualify for this service:

    1.   You must be a member of our Board/MLS

    2.   It must be for a specific property
  1.   The property must be an active listing and it must be in our MLS
    
  2.    It must be your listing
    
  3.   It must be a "Broker Open House"
    
  4.   It must be for a specific date and specific time
    
  5.   It will only be sent out once (not multiple times)
    
  6.   We do not provide editing services
    
  7.   Must be submitted in PDF format
