Hello Everyone, In my attempt to distinguish a "Broker Open House" from a regular open house for the public, I inserted Item #5. It was not meant to be a requirement that you provide food, entertainment or door prizes. Just so there is no misunderstanding, I am sending out the revised basic requirements to qualify for this service: 1. You must be a member of our Board/MLS 2. It must be for a specific property 3. The property must be an active listing and it must be in our MLS 4. It must be your listing 5. It must be a "Broker Open House" 6. It must be for a specific date and specific time 7. It will only be sent out once (not multiple times) 8. We do not provide editing services 9. Must be submitted in PDF format Thank you , Victor Victor J.
