This email is to give you an update on two technology outages that occurred today. First, at 9:15am the Supra systems went down. During that time you would have not been able to update your Supra Key. The system was restored at 11:31am, and is working properly for all users. In the future if the Supra system is down, you can try calling the KIMvoice system to get an update code for your device. That number is 888-968-4032. Second, Form Simplicity was reported to be down at 4:50pm today. Florida Realtors does not have an ETA on a fix, but are working very quickly to restore. It appears the system is up, but running slowly at the moment. We will update you tomorrow on the status of Form Simplicity as we hear from Florida Realtors. Thank you, Victor Victor J.
