Good Afternoon,

Per your request from the recent Paragon training classes, we have uploaded
the requested documents.  Below, is a screen shot of what was uploaded.

The E mail Message Bodies has four (4) messages and they are: 1. 90-Day
E-mail Links to Your Buyer; 2. Seller E-mail - Newly Added listing; 3.
Property Showing Message to Your Seller; 4. Seller E-mail

The Pricing with a Strategy spreadsheet goes along with a Recorded webinar
titled Pricing with a Strategy.  The recorded webinar shows you how to use
Reverse Prospecting and a Subject Property to find buyers' pools for their
listing.

The Client Connect Home Page Message displays listings that match your
buyer's new property requirements based on the saved searches you have set
up for him/her.  Their comments are also sent to you to help you understand
what they are looking for or to see when they would like to visit the
property.

The Report Comparisons compares the Static Displays and Dynamic Displays
Pros and Cons.
