Good Afternoon,
The “Games Homes Play” class is being presented September 29th from 9:00 am to 12:00pm at the Board office. The instructor is Sherryll Washburne and 3 hours of CE credit will be received.
This class is unique in that it is taught in a “game show format”!
This class will help you understand how homes that appear to be sound can have hidden issues and/or damage.
· You will be given examples of conditions that may not be readily visible.
· Examples of what to look for in various construction types
· Examples of what to look for on each floor of a home.
