Good Morning, We have a vacant land contract class scheduled for tomorrow, July 6th from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Board office. The instructor is Dirk Schroeder. This class will better prepare you to sell vacant land. You never know when that person who is looking to buy some land will contact you. It's always better to be prepared to represent that buyer! Dirk Schroeder has been teaching real estate contracts for over 15 years! The best part of this class is that you will learn how to help move some dirt without getting your hands dirty!!! Please call the Board to sign up for this class and improve your knowledge of the vacant land contract. We need 5 more students to sign up by 5:00 pm this afternoon in order to hold this class.
