Good Morning Everyone, The new Paragon MLS platform is currently running in parallel mode with our Innovia MLS platform. The parallel mode will end on October 6th and we will go live with Paragon and cut off Innovia. Remember, Innovia will be "read only" on Friday, October 3rd beginning at 12:00pm through 9:00am on Monday, October 6th. You will not be able to add any new listings or make any changes to existing listings during this "read only" time. Once we go live with Paragon (October 6th), you will then input listings and listing maintenance into Paragon. Please continue to use this parallel period to explore and become familiar with Paragon. This will enable you to be up and running on the cut-over date on October 6th. Please, for your benefit, do not wait until October 6th to try to operate Paragon!! The new Paragon MLS platform is now running in parallel mode with our current Innovia MLS platform. What does this mean to you? All members will be able to access the site. Your Login and Password for Paragon is the same as your Innovia Login and Password. Use this time to verify your data and to get familiar with Paragon prior to training in September. When you exit Paragon, you must "Log Off" which is in the upper right corner. Do not use the "X" to log off! Parallel Mode also means: Multiple times each day, new and modified listings are pulled from Innovia and added to Paragon. All function areas of Paragon can be used except for Listing Input and Maintenance. You can run Searches. Results can be E-mailed and Printed. Setup Automatic E-mailed Notifications based on New Matches and Price Changes for Saved Searches. Client Connect is a website where Auto Notification Results can be sent. Your clients can classify listings as "Favorite," "Possible" or "Reject," and add comments. You are notified of the classifications and addition of comments. . Things to do now! Start using Paragon Now - 30-min/day Book Mark: http://bormls.paragonrels.com for future access Verify your listings' accuracy in Paragon Use the All Fields Detail Report. Your Contacts (Prospects) were added to Paragon as of August 15 Verify your contacts have imported accurately into Paragon. If you have made any additions/changes to your contacts/prospects in Innovia after August 15, you must manually add them in Paragon. Manually add the following. They will not come over to Paragon: * Saved Searches - Add only your Active Buyers' saved searches from Prospects. * Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) * Auto Notifications - You will need to verify your email address in Paragon in order to send emails from Paragon. * Client Connect (Listing Cart) - Classify listings already viewed by your client.
