Hello Everyone, I have attached a letter from Dirk Schroeder, St Augustine & St Johns County MLS, President, that sets forth the changes that are coming soon to our MLS services. Please note that after many months and countless hours, the MLS Provider PAG (Presidential Advisory Group) presented its recommendation of LPS and their MLS Platform (Paragon) to the MLS Board. The MLS Board approved their recommendation and the Association Board approved the MLS selection of LPS and their Paragon MLS platform. A MLS Transition PAG has been formed and will coordinate the transition from CoreLogic (Innovia) to LPS (Paragon). Stay tuned for further details as we move forward.
