Good Morning, This is the last notice that the Supra annual Keycard/Phone payments are due in the Board office by 5:00pm today, Monday, July 6th or it will be disconnected. The original deadline date was July 1st , but was extended to today because of the 4th of July holiday. You may call in your payment at 904-829-8738 and use your Visa/Master Card or drop your payment off at the Board office before 5:00pm today. If you miss today's deadline, a late payment of $50 and the annual payment will be required to get your Supra Keycard/phone reactivated. Thank you, Victor Victor J.
