Good Morning, The CRS Data Tax System is now available. It will replace the Realist System. However, the Realist System will still be active for the time being. Please check out the basic lessons on how to use CRS Data by clicking the lessons shown below. The lessons are easy to follow and understand. For anyone that would prefer to attend a live classroom training, we will hold two training sessions at the Board as follows: May 23rd 2:00 - 4:00 pm May 24th 9:00 - 11:00 am The CRS Data Tax System is now Live. The MLS is happy introduce a new Tax System. This new system will allow you to Autofill your listing input screens with data from Public Records, such as: Zoning, MLS Area, Schools, and more.
