Good Afternoon, This is a reminder that DBPR extended RE licensees with an original license renewal deadline of March 31 and September 30 to December 31 to complete their CE and pay their fees. DBPR explained the change in an email it sent to licensees that “provides important information regarding the renewal deadline extension currently in effect for your license renewal and helpful instructions regarding the service available to you to self-print your license directly from your online account with the Department.” Please be aware that you should avoid renewing your real estate license the last week of December.
