Good Afternoon, The St. Augustine & St. Johns County Multiple Listing Service, Inc. is currently negotiating a content license agreement with Zillow, Inc. for the direct placement of listing content, for Brokers that opt in for a direct feed. The purpose of the agreement is to protect the ownership of the licensed content and database and to have Zillow use the Licensed Content only as permitted by the terms of the agreement. We expect an agreement to be in place soon. Once that agreement is in place, Designated RealtorsR will have to opt in and request an IDX feed to Zillow. Thank you, Victor Victor J.
