Good Morning, This is to advise you that Michael Bustamante has accepted a position with FBS, a MLS Platform provider, as their head of product development. This is a significant promotion for him and another step forward in his professional career with a significant salary increase. Following his two week notice, his last day was Friday, July 5th . He has been with us for three years and has moved us forward and for that we are grateful! We wish him great success in his new position. Please be aware that I am conducting an aggressive and thorough search for his replacement. In fact, I talked with a candidate last week. This search is being conducted within Florida as well as nation-wide. This is not a search that can be accomplished overnight. However, I am confident that we will find someone that can continue the work that Michael started and in fact can take us to the next level. In the meantime I, Sara and Brit will help you with your MLS needs. Also, I am in discussions with Paragon to provide additional customer service to our members, as needed, during this transition period.
