I have attached it for your convenience as well. Online: https://www2.floridarealtors.org/membership/awards/honor-society Form Simplicity: The form will be found in the Florida Realtors library on Form Simplicity. Just log in to your Form Simplicity account, select the library tab and navigate to the form titled "2019 Honor Society Application."
