Good Morning, I just received notice from Florida Realtors(r) concerning the license renewal deadline of April 30th. As of this moment in time, neither the Governor nor the Secretary have extended the license renewal deadline! If you have not completed your Post licensing or CE requirement you need to do so ASAP - April 30th is only two days away! Here is information that I sent out last week that is the only option, that I am aware of, to obtain credits in this short period of time: "Do you need 2 to 14- hours of CE credits in order to renew your real estate license by April 30, 2020? Florida Real Estate Institute (FREI) is offering an online 14-hours of CE credits continuing education for sales associates. April 30th will be here in less than two weeks. The cost is only $25 for the course and it can be completed more quickly than you can imagine! This course from FREI for the 14 hour course includes 3 hours Core Law, 3 hours Code of Ethics and 8 hours of specialty credit. This course has a 30 question test that is almost fail safe!!! If you only need 3 hours, this is still the fastest way to get the 3 hours. You would end up with a surplus of 11 hours of CE credit.
