Good Morning,

To receive the SRS Designation, you must attend the two day required class
and attend a second elective course, plus meet other requirements as set out
below.

This is a reminder that we have finally received certification from DBPR for
"The Power Negotiator's Playbook" for 8 hours of CE Credit.  We will offer
that class on December 9th from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at a cost of $100 per
student.

If you have not taken a second elective course, you can take this course to
satisfied the second elective course requirements for the SRS designation.
You still have to satisfy the five (5) completed transaction in which you
acted solely as a seller representative (no dual agency).  Remember, any
transactions closed two years prior to or after taking the SRS Designation
Course are eligible for credit.

an important opportunity to complete the class requirements locally (Florida
and St. Augustine).

I currently have Andrew Birchall, Steve Ladrido, Paula Fallon and Beverly
Daniel signed up to attend.

designation.

" The requirements to obtain the SRS designation has changed.  In addition
to attending the SRS two day class, you must complete the following:

  •   Documentation verifying five (5) completed transactions in which you
    

acted solely as a seller representative (no dual agency).  Any transactions
closed two years prior to or after taking the SRS Designation Course are
eligible for credit.

  •    Successful completion of one SRS elective course.  The elective
    

course may be taken prior to or after completing the SRS Designation Course.
