With a single search, members can find all listings that match your search parameters from participating MLS boards. Property listing information can be auto-populated from MLS Advantage directly into contracts in Form Simplicity. Automatic E-mail updates of new listings; hotsheet display of new listings, price and status changes; saved searches feature that allows E-mail updates to you and your clients; virtual tours and photos and interactive map search. This valuable search tool is available only to members of subscribing associations and MLSs. * Form Simplicity (3CE) class -You will learn how to create packages and transactions; import MLS property data; upload files; E-mail or fax to a client; download your transaction onto your computer; write your own clauses; archive transactions for long term storage; and available broker tools and more.
