PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS TRAINING Our annual Professional Standards training is scheduled for Thursday, December 5, 2013, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, at the Board office. This is an annual mandatory class for anyone who wants to be a member of the Grievance Committee, Professional Standards Committee or Mediation Committee. If you are not a current member of any of the Committees mentioned above, but think that you might like to participate in 2014, you should take this training at this time. We need more volunteers especially for Grievance and Professional Standards. It is free to attend and you get 3CE credits for attending this training! You would be providing an important service to your Board and your fellow members. This training will help increase your knowledge of the Code of Ethics and the process and procedures involved when a complaint is filed at the Board office by a REALTORR member and a member of the public.
