Good Afternoon,
ListHub had an agreement with Truila that was to end in June 2016. After
finalization of Zillow's acquisition of Trulia, ListHub announced that it
would no longer send thousands of listings to Trulia.
ListHub had an agreement with Zillow that was set to expire on April 7,
2015. However, Zillow has chosen not to renew its contract with ListHub.
During the negotiations with Zillow to renew the agreement, the negotiations
fell apart and the current agreement was unilaterally terminated.
Zillo filed a restraining order with the court. On Monday, February 23rd,
the court set a date of March 12, 2015 for the hearing on Zillow's request
to continue ListHub's feeds to Zillow. In the meantime ListHub will
continue to provide Trulia with listings through the date of the hearing.
If the court agrees with ListHub, then Zillow will no longer have a
contract to receive listings from ListHub. Those brokers who independently
determine it is in their best interests to continue providing their content
to Zillow must establish their own agreements and technology solutions to
support their future relationship with Zillow.
Thank you,
Victor
