Good Afternoon, After consultation with President Shanks, it was decided to provide a new service to our MLS members for a "Virtual Live Streaming Open House feature" within Paragon. With the safety issue of open houses, during COVID-19, the MLS disabled the open house feature and the Board discontinued pushing out "Broker Open House Flyers" to our members. It was decided that the "Virtual Live Streaming Open House feature" within Paragon could offer a safe and reliable way to show a house and practice the CDC guidelines. What is Virtual Live Streaming Open House? It allows the listing agent, per the sellers request, to announce that there will be a Virtual Live Stream on a certain date and time. The Listing agent would input the livestream URL into the listing via the open house input feature.
