Hello Everyone, This is a notice of a change in policy regarding Broker Open House Flyers. Effective immediately, upon request the Board will send out to our members a notice of a Broker Open House. There are some basic requirements that must be present to qualify. 1. You must be a member of our Board/MLS 2. It must be for a specific property 3. The property must be an active listing and it must be in our MLS 4. It must be your listing 5. The Broker Open House must include food, refreshments and a chance to win a door prize(s) 6. It must be for a specific date and specific time 7. It will only be sent out once (not multiple times) 8. We do not provide editing services 9.
