Good Afternoon Everyone, Your MLS is releasing three new displays for your use. We believe that you will find these displays to be useful and if you do, you should click on each one and drag it to your "Favorites Folder". This will allow you to retrieve the display quickly and easily. The new displays are as follows: 1. BORMLS Agent 1 pg This display is strictly a one page report for agents only. This display contains the basic information that you, as an agent would need. If you want or need more details, please use other displays. You will find this display in the Details Folder 2. BORMLS Customer Disp This display is a one page customer/public display. This display contains the primary basic information without the additional information and photos being included. If you want to send a more robust display, you may want to use the 3rd display being released today (see below). You will find this display in the Details Folder. 3. BORMLS Customer Dynamic This display will expand or contract based on the data and photos contained therein. For instance if you have 12 photos, it will reflect only those 12 photos without the additional blank photo boxes. The marketing and additional marketing boxes will expand up to 2500 characters for each or will contract if you only 200 characters. If the data fields contains a "0" that field will not be reflected. For instance if there is not a 4th bedroom and a "0" was inserted during the listing input, the 4th bedroom will not be reflected.
