Hello Everyone, I have forwarded an email that I received from Vicki Lake, Van Dyke Norman Insurance, regarding tropical storm Chantal and scheduled closings within the next few days. Her message was as follows: Heads-up on the weather and tropical storm Chantal - All realtors and title companies - Chantal is racing to the north northwest and as an insurance agency trying to advise if you have a possible closing on Thursday, Friday, Monday or Tuesday of next week you might have the client contact their agent to go ahead and bind the coverage - if the closing does not take place it is very simple to cancel the policy but when the storm crosses our "BOX' window - the companies will close for any new business.
