Good Afternoon, In consideration of the Coronavirus and Governor DeSantis's Executive Order to Shelter In Place, The St Augustine & St Johns County Multiple Listing Service Board of Directors approved, on Friday, April 3, 2020, a motion to not charge the MLS monthly fee of $45 per member for the Month of May, 2020. The total amount being waived is $51,570. Since we bill the monthly MLS fees in advance, you received the invoice for the April MLS fees in March. You will not receive an invoice for the May 2020 fees in April and the automatic charge on any credit card on file will not occur for the May 2020 fees. The Governor has recognized real estate services as "Essential Services" which means that Realtors(r) may continue to practice real estate but they must adhere to the CDC Guidelines and act responsibly. If Realtors(r) do not adhere to the CDC Guidelines and act responsibly, Governor DeSantis could revoke the "Essential Services" designation for Realtors(r)!
